The last two weeks have been busy at Three Kings United with our annual Junior and Youth team photo sessions, ably taken by club photographer Rory Thompson.  Thanks Rory! The photographs are an optional experience that teams can choose to be involved in each year. Check out this photo of Team Arsenal getting their team photo taken at Junior Play. Don’t they look great. The photos will be handed out at the Junior and Youth Prize Givings – which are going to be held in September.

We live in a correct answer culture where (quite often but not always) children value getting the answer right (because they’ve been told to do something/ they know they will be praised for doing the thing the adults want them to do), rather than trying to come up with a creative solution which may or may not work. In Term 4, we will be running development programmes and GK Academy on Mondays and Thursdays. These programmes will be invitation only, as they fall into our Talent Excel pathway. Sessions will be lead by Paul, with groups kept to a small number to ensure a good ratio of players to coach. In addition, we are intending to incorporate game days as part of the programmes. Keep an eye out over the coming weeks for your invitation.
