However, as errors and omissions may occur, TKU does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any information or representation contained on this website.

4. Registration Fees and Prices

The information contained on this website regarding the payment of registration fees and the purchase of apparel is for the purpose of providing a more efficient service to members and to reduce the cost of administration to TKU for the benefit of members. As previously stated, TKU does not warrant that the information is accurate at all times and TKU will not accept liability for any short-payment as a result of incorrect information displayed on this website.

5. Refund Policy

TKU will refund any registration fees to the extent of any overpayment. However, a refund in any other circumstances, whether in whole or in part, will only be given in exceptional circumstances following an application in writing to the relevant playing committee.

TKU will not refund the purchase price of any apparel. However, TKU will exchange apparel if the wrong size has been purchased and the apparel has not been worn, all labels and tags remain attached and the apparel is in the original packaging.

6. Credit Card Use

TKU provides a facility for payment of registration fees online. The use of this facility by you is subject to your compliance with the registration and payment procedures detailed on this website. Further, although TKU will use a secure site to facilitate payment, TKU shall not be liable for any adverse consequences of your use of a credit card on this website.

7. Confidentiality

If the use by you of this website requires a login password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password at all times. If you have any reason to believe that the security of your password may have been compromised, TKU recommends that you immediately change your password.

This website may contain links or other references to other parties and their websites. These other websites are not within the control of TKU and TKU disclaims any liability in respect of loss or damage that may occur from the use by you of any linked website.
