TKU Academy TERM 2 Timetable:

Academy Term 2

Academy Overview:

The Three Kings United Academy vision is to create technically gifted and intelligent young players that can excel for Three Kings, Auckland Football and New Zealand Football.  The Academy focus is solely on establishing and developing three key habits (see Focus & Philosophy document below) specifically designed to effect all areas of the players development in a positive way.  It is purely a developmental tool which provides extra training on top of club team trainings.

The Academy is focused on players from 6th grade to 12th grade, however our elite youth players are also able to access the Academy.

< For additional information on the Academy's Focus & Philosophy click on the document below.>

Grouping:

All players that fall between the ages of 6th Grade and 12th Grade will be grouped into single age bands (i.e. 9th Grade Group 1, 9th Grade Group 2 etc).  All players that fall between the ages of 13th Grade and 17th Grade may be grouped into multiple age bands depending on registrations (i.e. 13th – 15th Grade Group 1).

Because the focus topics of the sessions are based around the 3 key habits and 13+ is focused on relating these topics to 11 a side games it enables players to be grouped together.

Academy Payments:

Fees for the Academy are all payable via clubhub:

- 6 & 7th Grade Players - $80 ($10 per person per session)

- 8th Grade to 17th Grade - $96 ($12 per person per session)

Payment is for x8 weekly one hour coaching sessions.

If you have more than one child wishing to attend the Academy there is a family discount payment scheme.  You will need to register each child individually, you will then be contacted by Melissa Hore about your discount.

Concession Card Special:

If players are registering from the 6th or 7th Grade a concession card is used.  When you register you will given a card which has 8 sessions on it.  Each time you come to the Academy your coach will clip a session.  Even though you will be given a specific group, time and venue each week, this concession card gives parents flexibility around attendance.  There will be more than 1 weekly time slot for these grades and therefore if you can’t make your designated time slot you can use your card to attend a different time slot that week.  Another alternative is if you are away or sick for a week you can use your concession card to attend 2 sessions a week so you don’t have to lose out on those missed session.

The only condition is the concession card must be used within the 8 week term period.
